Meet Our Leadership

Joe Gay brings more than 30 years of executive human resources and enterprise leadership experience to Benskin Talent Partners, advising organizations on leadership decisions that shape performance, culture, and long-term growth. As an Executive Search Consultant, he draws on senior HR leadership experience to evaluate executive talent with the judgment, business context, and organizational insight required for high-impact placements.

His experience spans manufacturing, logistics, transportation, construction, and professional services, giving him a practical understanding of the leadership demands facing complex, growth-oriented organizations. Joe has held executive human resources leadership roles and advised companies on strategic HR initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. His perspective enables him to engage with senior leaders, clarify business-critical talent needs, and identify executives whose experience, judgment, and cultural alignment support sustained success.

Prior to his corporate career, Joe served 13 years on active duty as a commissioned officer in the United States Army and later retired from the U.S. Army Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Arts degree in Management from Webster University.
