With over 30 years of experience in leadership development, executive search, and talent acquisition, Jason is recognized for helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams and navigate complex business transformations. His experience spans companies with revenues ranging from under $1 billion to over $25 billion, across various industries and global markets.
Most recently, Jason served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Mastercard, where he led HR strategy for the company’s global Technology business unit. He has deep expertise in executive search, having partnered with CEOs and Boards to identify and recruit C-level and senior leadership talent worldwide. Additionally, Jason has built and scaled enterprise-wide talent acquisition functions that drive business growth and transformation.
Throughout his career, Jason has successfully led organizations through post-IPO integration, rapid scaling, international market entry, divestitures, and acquisitions. His leadership was instrumental in Mastercard’s entry into China, where he drove a multimillion-dollar investment in HR and talent acquisition infrastructure to support business expansion. At Bank of America, Jason led strategic outsourcing and governance efforts that generated significant efficiencies and savings.

Jason holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Iowa State University. Based in O’Fallon, Missouri, he enjoys the outdoors, sports, biking, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his family.
