As a Senior Executive Search Partner with Benskin Talent Partners, Kara brings more than 20 years of experience in strategically connecting top talent with organizations ranging from Fortune 50 corporations to entrepreneurial startups. She has successfully led searches across a wide range of functions throughout her career. Kara brings her expertise in helping clients secure exceptional talent in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and other vital corporate roles.

 Kara’s true passion lies in helping individuals find meaningful careers by leveraging her strengths in relationship building, mentoring, employee relations, and strategic talent management. Known for her consultative and solution-oriented approach, she thrives on “connecting the pieces of the puzzle” to create long-term value for both clients and candidates.

 Her perseverance and discipline were forged during six years of service in the U.S. Navy, where she worked alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She brings that same commitment to fostering inclusive, effective, and lasting professional connections across industries.

 Kara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Resource Management from Troy State University and a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation from the American Staffing Association.

 Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kara is an avid reader and runner who enjoys the outdoors. She is also actively engaged in the St. Louis community, volunteering with organizations that make a positive difference.
