As a Senior Executive Search Partner at Benskin & Hott, Todd brings to the firm his highly versatile, innovative recruiting approach built by 20+ years of recruiting experience. His areas of focus include Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Management.

Todd attributes his success with senior level searches across multiple industries to providing a tailored, solution oriented approach to every search. He achieves results through a thorough Eight Point Intake Call with the hiring team where they discuss scope of responsibilities, potential projects, and development milestones as well as the core leadership competencies required to be successful in the role. With this information at hand, Todd conducts a highly targeted search and provides his clients with individuals that fit their needs.

Todd joined Spherion’s St. Louis office in 2000 to develop the Missouri and Illinois markets during the organization’s start-up phase. He began recruiting on a national basis in 2001 as part of a Talent Acquisition Project Team working on a large, retained project for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company. This project led to other national search assignments for other Fortune 1000 companies, PE firms, Tier1 automotive suppliers, and large privately held manufacturing and supply chain organizations. During this time, Todd delivered value to his clients across multiple disciplines including Corporate Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations Management at both the plant and corporate levels.

In 2005, Todd elected to leverage the skills he developed working for large national firms and transition them into the boutique search space where he can utilize more of a true business partnership approach with clients. Working in a smaller firm without layers of bureaucracy allows Todd to adapt his strategy and process to provide personalized attention to his clients and meet their specific needs. Thus, he provides his clients with higher level value-added searches.

In his spare time Todd enjoys a variety of outdoor activities. He also volunteers and serves as a coach and mentor to young athletes in the sports of football and wrestling.
